How To Place An Order

Ordering from 24/7 Hockey is pretty straight forward, as with most websites. Just click the "add to cart" button located in the product description of the item you wish to purchase. You will be taken to the "shopping cart" page to view the current items in your shopping cart. From there you can click the checkout button, modify the items in your cart, or continue shopping.

Also, at any time, you can also click the "shopping cart" button at the top of the page to view your cart as above.

IMPORTANT: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING CANADA)

Unfortunately, I am not currently shipping internationally (outside the USA).

Returns

Please e-mail 24/7 Hockey (sales@247hockey.com) within 15 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number (RA). No returns will be accepted until this number has been issued. Please state explanation for return in e-mail. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns without equal or greater value exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping both to and from on all returns. Special orders, team orders, and custom orders can not be returned. Orders beyond 30 days of delivery cannot be returned.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an item doesn't fit as expected. Size exchanges do not incur the restocking fee. For size exchanges, please follow these simple instructions:

1. Please e-mail 24/7 Hockey (sales@247hockey.com) for a return authorization number. This is for the item being returned.
2. Place an order as normal for the item you want
3. Upon receiving the returned item, your purchase price will be refunded in the same manner in which it was paid for. Shipping cannot be refunded.
